(Alameda, 2009) - Roy representing the Amax Engineering Corporation, in an action asserting breach of contract, among other causes of action, prevails on all counts against Terabytes Servers, and obtains a judgment in the amount of $355,629.70 for Amax. Wormley vs. [Names of Defendants Omitted] (Santa Clara, 2004) - Roy defended a dentist and a dental clinic in this multi-party case. Roy's clients, with the other defendants, prevail against the plaintiff on all counts. The plaintiff's case was dismissed with prejudice in its entirety via motions for summary judgment.
